So you decide, who does he look like?

Well, we haven't quite made it to seeing him in person, but we did get a sneak peek at Tristan. Kim found a 3D imaging place in Durham. These pics are so cool!

Valentine's Day 2007

Another Valentine's Day has come. Kim made me a cool heart-shaped brownie. It was veryyyy good. Im also adding a picture of her belly. It's getting bigger fast!

Time to get the nursery ready!

Well, we are getting closer each day and we decided that we better get going on the nursery project. The first step was getting the crib together. Once we got that done, I had to call in the professional, Grandpa Langston. Dad showed me his skills while I supervised! HA HA! Anyhow, the room turned out great!

Christmas in NC/VA.

Wow, we're always on the road it seems. We headed back up to VA. and to Castalia to enjoy Christmas with the family. Kim is about 5 months along here. We are getting excited about the next few months.

Oops! I missed Turkey Day!

We headed to VA. for the turkey day at the Crouse's. This was Joann's first turkey day and she did a killer job! We had great food and drink and even a special lip-sync performance by Karen!

After many years of hard work, I finally got my wife back. Kim graduated from East Tennessee State University with her Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene.

Time to find out what the baby is!

Well, Kim and I decided that we wanted to find out what out first child was going to be. We were discussing this with a few neighbors and one of them told us of a cool idea. Here is what we did. I went to the store and purchased 2 onesie's. Carolina Tarheel's of course! One of them was pink and one of them blue. We put them into separate envelopes and took them to the ultrasound. We told the tech to see what the baby was and to write yes on the outside of the pink or blue envelope and seal them. Next we invited all of our friends over to our house for the "find out what the baby is party". We had good food and then asked everyone to gather around. As you can see, I was very happy and the outcome!

Halloween on Nelson Ln.

Kim, Merlot, and myself celebrated our first Halloween in our new house. We carved us a pumpkin and even dressed Merlot up for the night. We probably saw 100 kids.

Kim and I head off to Tennessee to see our "other" family.

Kim and I decided to take a trip back out to to all of the new babies in TN. We stopped by and spent some quality time with "our family" out there. It was good to see everyone again and we hope to see them when our baby gets here.

My late night surprise!

As I was packing my clothes late one night to go out of town, my wife decided to inform me of some interesting news. I was somewhat listening to her as usual and she said "guess what, 2 lines." I asked her what she was talking about. She told me that she took a pregnancy test and we had 2 lines. I said that we need to verify and sent her to get more tests. So, after 3 positives, I guess that I could not argue. We were having a baby!!!

Mike's softball team takes the championship!

I played softball after not touching a bat for years. Lucky for me, the guys I played with were awesome!

The Langston's, Crouse's, and the Carrier's hit the high seas!

Well, we decided to take a family vacation with both of our families. We had a blast as you will see in a few pics, sexy legs and all. All I have to say is, "Where is Strawbucks and why did Anthony order another bucket of beer?"
